Founded by Frank and Jasmine in 2017, Yorder Space Architects Ltd is an Auckland-based architectural design practice dedicated to shaping refined, functional, and forward-thinking built environments.
Our work is underpinned by strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of local planning frameworks, consent pathways, and construction delivery. We collaborate closely with our clients to create architecture that is not only design-driven, but also strategically conceived—streamlined for approval, commercially informed, and robustly buildable.

Our Services
RESIDENTIAL
We provide tailored residential design services, including new home and lifestyle housing, renovations and extensions, as well as recladding and façade upgrades. Our approach integrates architectural quality, regulatory compliance, and buildability to deliver refined, liveable, and enduring homes.
SUBDIVISION
We specialise in land subdivision and large-scale site planning, delivering strategic layout design, yield optimisation, and consent coordination. Our team works closely with planners, engineers, and authorities to guide projects efficiently from feasibility through to Resource and Building Consent approvals.
COMMERCIAL
We deliver architectural and design services for commercial and mixed-use projects, including offices, retail, and small- to medium-scale developments. Our work balances brand expression, functional performance, and compliance, ensuring spaces that are commercially effective and practical to build and operate.
Our Team
Frank Yang
Frank is a New Zealand Registered Architect with over 10 years of experience at leading New Zealand practices and involvement in multiple large-scale developments. He leads the company’s primary design work and oversees architectural compliance, technical sign-off, and quality control to ensure all outcomes meet New Zealand Building Code requirements and industry best practice.

Jasmine Shi
Jasmine is an LBP architectural designer with over 10 years of experience across Auckland-based architectural and construction firms. She leads project strategy, client engagement, and design management, translating client objectives into clear, compliant, and buildable solutions, and works closely with planners, engineers, and local authorities to ensure efficient progression from concept through approvals.
Jasmine 是新西兰建筑设计师，拥有超过 10 年在奥克兰本地建筑设计公司与施工公司的从业经验，现负责项目整体策略、客户沟通与设计管理。她将客户需求转化为清晰、合规且可执行的设计方案，并与规划师、工程师及市政部门紧密合作，确保项目从概念到审批高效推进。
Ni Ni
Nini is an LBP architectural designer with over 10 years of experience across Auckland-based architectural and construction firms, and previous experience at a government-recognised building review and certification organisation. She leads design development, construction documentation, and Building Consent submissions, coordinating multi-consultant inputs to ensure consistent, high-quality documentation and smooth progression into construction.
Nini 是新西兰建筑设计师，拥有超过 10 年在奥克兰本地建筑设计公司与施工公司的从业经验，曾任职于新西兰政府认可的建筑审查与认证机构。现负责方案深化、施工图制作及建筑许可文件的整理与提交，协调各专业顾问资料，确保图纸与文件的一致性与高标准质量，支持项目顺利通过审批并进入施工阶段。
